The room was perfectly clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location was marvellous and absolutely perfect.

We had been traveling for 2days straight and the hotel let us stay a hr longer than reg check out time. We were exhausted. Very nice. Comfortable.

The place is fairly clean, the room is well-kept, and the staff is pleasant. the setting is unbeatable and comfortable, so close to all the main attractions New Braunfels has to offer. It is undoubtedly a comfortable option when in New Braunfels.

The manager was very nice, friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was clean and convenient. We were there for a bridge tournament at the civic center so the location was great.

Room..Bath had a lot of mold. Hot tub was dirty and over chlorinated. TV outdated. Breakfast was meager. Cost was too much for what you get. STAFF WAS RUDE AND INDIFFERENT !

It is only a couple of miles from the Guadalupe, it is cheap enough compared to the others and clean.
The beds are really uncomfortable, like most cheap motels.

I did not like several things. 1. Bed was very hard, it seemed that I was sleeping directly on the box spring, instead on a mattress. 2. The mattress/box spring is stained. 3. And as a veteran, they do not offer any kind on discounts what so ever. I think that is not good. 4. And for the price, I believe that it was pretty high considering the type of mattress that it has. 5. To be fair, the shower was pretty nice and comfortable. 6. Continental breakfast included, it was pretty good. 7. All in all, I will not book again to stay in this hotel.
